How often do you service pools?
Weekly recurring service is the standard. We also handle one-time cleanings and deeper maintenance visits like acid washes, filter cleanings, and tile work on request.
What's included in a weekly service visit?
Brushing walls and steps, skimming the surface, emptying pump and skimmer baskets, testing water chemistry, and balancing chemicals. Every visit ends with an emailed recap through Service Hopper.
Do you handle repairs, or just cleaning?
Both. Optimal Pools is a licensed Arizona contractor (ROC# 343146), so repairs to pumps, filters, heaters, lights, and equipment are handled in-house — not referred out.
Do you service commercial properties?
We provide commercial property repairs when equipment or pool systems need attention. Weekly recurring service is focused on residential customers in Queen Creek and Gilbert.
